Enrolment Application
Thank you for considering City Impact Church School.
Please click below to download the enrolment application form. Once completed and signed, please return it with the required supporting documents to [email protected] or by dropping it off at school reception. Once received, a member of our team will get back to you with an acknowledgment of receipt and next steps.
- Passport/Birth Certificate
- Immunisation Documents
- Latest School Report
- Non-NZ Citizens must provide a copy of their Student/Resident Visa as well as a copy of the main applicant’s Work Visa
APPLICATION FEE
An application fee of $50 is payable for each application form. This fee is non-refundable and goes towards administration and processing costs. This can be paid via eftpos at school reception or by bank transfer to the following account: 02-0100-0788333-08. Please use your child’s name and surname as a reference.
ENROLMENT FEE
An enrolment fee of $100 is payable upon confirmation of acceptance. This fee must be paid with five days of our acceptance letter date and prior to the student commencing school. This fee is non-refundable and goes towards onboarding, administrative and processing costs.
Payment is via by bank transfer to account number : 02-0100-0788333-08. Please use your child’s name and surname as a reference.
