“Our two children now aged 14 and 16 have attended City Impact Church School since Year 1, and it’s a choice we’re grateful to have been able to make. There were two key reasons we chose City Impact: we wanted our children to be in a school with smaller class sizes so they could have individual attention and be supported to be the best they can be academically. More importantly though, in a world where young people are often struggling to find purpose and hope in their lives, we wanted a school that would impart and nurture strong Christian values and a faith that aligned with ours. The teachers genuinely love and care for our kids and don’t shy away from expecting them to deliver their best. We look at our now young adults and their strength of character, their work ethic, and their respect and generosity towards others. These are all things that our school has helped instill and build upon in a safe environment where they are accepted for who they are.”

“The school has been a wonderful place for both our son and daughter to grow up and develop, from New Entrants to now being in Senior High. We value the strong academic curriculum and environment yet even more, it is the spiritual and supportive atmosphere which has helped them along the way. We are thankful for the values taught that align with us as a family and the open communication with teachers and staff at the school. This has all made their time at the school so much more enjoyable.”

We enrolled our daughters (then age 5 & 8) into City Impact Church School because we loved the idea of Christian education, where the core values taught would align with our family values. Initially we were somewhat apprehensive about our decision. Would the smaller size of this school limit our kids opportunities for development? Would the lack of diversity eventually cause them to be less socially capable of relating to people in the big wide world? Interestingly, time has proved the above concerns were absolutely unfounded. We have been delighted with the quality of the academic education at City Impact. Our older two daughters have now left school and transitioned to Auckland University (and into work) with ease; both academically and socially. Alongside delivering its excellent academic programme, this school has an invaluable focus on character development which is delivered in fun and creative ways. Our kids have time to develop extracurricular interests and there has been no shortage of opportunities to use their skills and be stretched both within the school and in the church. This has resulted in our children developing excellent time management, leadership skills, and an outward focus - which we are so grateful for! For practical reasons moving to City Impact made our family life much easier! The parking is relatively stress free, no multiple drop offs to different schools and there is an Arts Academy with many different extracurricular activities available on site. For so many different reasons, we cannot recommend City Impact Church School highly enough.
