Cross Country!

The rain held off for our Year 0 – 10 Cross Country competition today. Our very own Sports co-ordinator extraordinaire, Rachel Ironside, went above and beyond to make this our best Cross Country event yet! Parents, family and also Ps Peter and Bev came down to cheer the kids on. We even had Ross onsite with the ‘Coffee Cruiser’ to keep our caffeine levels up ☺ All the students did so well, finishing their races strong and encouraging each other to do the same. Our Year 11 students helped with marshalling and directing runners at different points of the course – a big thank you! Stay tuned for a list of our place getters!

Thanks everybody for a fantastic day!

Love is…… Wedding Bells!

Love is…Wedding Bells!
We had a wonderful ‘school family’ event during the holidays with the wedding of Teacher Abigail (daughter of Teacher Natalie) and Jordan Parratt (former Dux and graduate student of the school, 2014; son of Principal Darrell and Teacher Donna). Moreover, there were former and current students of the school involved in the bridal party and the ceremony, including Taylor-Rose Hale (former Dux and graduate, 2016), Stefan Grobler (graduate 2014; married last year), Andrew Massey (graduate 2014)), Zachary Parratt (Year 10), Tyson Wijohn (Year 13), and Addison Saxby (Year 10). Principal Darrell also had the very special honour of marrying this fine young couple.

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. J & A Parratt
